Power button on front of OP-MT8121X is resetting touch screen panel when decorative frame is on. Is it possible to disable this button?

The power button on the front panel of OP-MT8104XH, OP-MT8121X or OP-MT8150X can be disabled by setting DIP switch 4 "OFF". After the function is disabled, the power button will work as a power on/off LED indicator only.
